27.The Committee is concerned at the high rate of drug consumption in the State party, in particular among adolescentss and its negative effects on individual health, as well as its impact on public health care (art. 12). The Committee recommends that the State party include programmes to combat drug consumption in its public health and education policies, including information campaigns on the negative effects of the use of narcotics.
