48. In the light of its general comment No. 4 (2003) on adolescents health and development in the context of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party:
(e) Address the incidence of drug and alcohol consumption by Children and/or adolescentss by, inter alia, providing Children and/or adolescentss with accurate and objective information and life-skills education on preventing substance abuse, including tobacco and alcohol, and develop accessible and youth-friendly drug-dependence treatment and harm reduction services.
